Refund and Repair Policy


We stand behind the quality of our products! Our standard warranty is 1 year: any issues that are not obviously caused by negligence (like dropping a device on the delicate RF connector) are fully covered. We prioritize repair speed, and typically send your device back within a few days. Non-covered user damage and out-of-warranty repairs need a quote, but we can support most devices for many years after the warranty has expired. We can typically replace SMA connectors and RF output amplifiers quickly and at low cost.


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
