Product Delivery
- In-stock popular products can ship as soon as 1-2 business days, typical time is under 1 week.
- Expect 2 to 3 weeks lead time for our non-stock or low-volume models
- We can ship using UPS, Fedex, or DHL (we no longer use USPS)
Payment Options
- We offer Net 30 terms to approved customers
- We can accept credit card payments or paypal on our web store
- First-time international customers must prepay
Warranty & Returns
- All products come with a 1-year warranty against any manufacturing defects or normal-use failure
- We will accept returns on products sold on our online store up to 30 days from the date of purchase

Product Images
- Because we are constantly upgrading user interfaces, unit graphics, firmware, board revisions, and anything we can improve upon, some images displayed might not exactly represent the current shipping product. We try our hardest to make sure the product you receive is as new, or newer than the image displayed.
Downloads
- We try to keep our software downloads section up-to-date, but we might have a newer version if you email us.
- We can usually issue custom software features and bug fixes if you email support with a detailed explanation
